Start mixing in a sauce pan the stout beer, cocoa powder and sugar.
Cook medium heat for 3-4 minutes the beer, sugar and cocoa to reduce and mix all the ingredients well.
Move from heat before adding the chocolate to avoid it burn from burning.
While the beer mix stills hot add the chopped chocolate and stir it well until you have your Chocolate Stout Sauce.
Serve the chocolate sauce on top of your pancakes or favorite ice cream and enjoy!
