Peanut Nutella blondie

INGREDIENTS
-120 g butter.
-100 g white sugar.
-2 eggs.
-20 g milk. 
-125 g white chocolate. 
-3 g baking powder (like Royal). 
-165 g peanuts peeled.
-3 g salt (not needed if you use salted peanuts). 
-Nutella to stuff your blondies. 
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Prepare a brownie mold or any squared mold with few little depth.  
2.Preheat your oven 180º, fan position. 
3.Melt the white chocolate and the butter. You must be careful if you use te microwave, use short time intervals and remove it. You can use a whisk. 
4.Mix in a big bowl the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. 
5.Add the melted  chocolate and butter cooled to the mixture. 
6.Use another recipient to mix the flour, salt and baking powder and incorporate them to the mixture. Remember not to add salt if you use salted peanuts. 
7.Finally add the peanuts with a spatula and pour the mix in your mold.
8.Bake the blondie at 180º around 20-25 minutes, it will depends on your oven. 
9.Stuff your blondie with Nutella just before serving. 
I used a 30x18 cm brownie mold. If you have a bigger one, you can bake a thiner blondie and stuff two pieces instead of cutting a bigger piece. You choose. 
You can freeze your non-stuffed blondie pieces and enjoy them whenever you want.
