Oreo and peanut butter brownie.

Notas

INGREDIENTS
-165 g butter.
-200 g dark chocolate chopped.
-3 eggs.
-2 egg yolks.
-120 g dark light sugar (you can use white sugar if you don’t have).
-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (around 20 g).
-1 tablespoons cacao powder (around 10 g).
-1 pinch of salt.
-200 g  Oreo cookies.
-Peanut butter (around 40-50 g).

INSTRUCTIONS
-First we crush 60 g of our oreos and reserved them to add later on our brownie batter.
-Prepare the brownie mold. You can grease it or place baking paper, and preheat your oven at 180º Celsius.
-Melt the butter and the chocolate. You can do it double boring or with your microwave, if you use microwave be careful not to burn your chocolate (you can heat it on 10 seconds intervals, and remove the mixture).
-In a bowl whisk the eggs, the egg yolks and add the flour, sugar and salt. You can do it with by hand or with a whisk.
-Once we have our batter we can add the cacao powder.
-Now we can add the melted chocolate and butter and the crushed Oreo and continue mixing.
-Place the batter on the brownie mold.
-Make “sandwiches” with two Oreo cookies and peanut butter and place them into the mold. I also added some peanut butter on top of some biscuits, it won’t ever be too much peanut butter. You can also place these “sandwiches” before placing the batter (in fact I do it that way) but it’s a little more complicated.
-Bake at 180º C for 25-30 minutes. It depends on your oven.
-Wait until the surface feels almost set and starts to break.
-Let it cool on your rack and enjoy with cream and/or icecream.
In this recipe, not like in chocolate chips cookies, if you cant’t find light brown sugar, white sugar is also ok.
In this case i’ve used Oreo “double stuff”, because I found them in my supermarket, but every kind of Oreo you like will be amazing in this recipe.
